Tour Description:
This exclusive tour is specially created for our our partner “Residence Soča”. Situated in the most upper part of the Soča River in the Triglav National Park. Enjoy the comfort of their newly built apartments just 100 meters away from the river. Besides fishing you can enjoy their sauna, whirlpool or a ride with their electric bikes. The best available guide will take you two days sight-fishing on the crystal clear head waters of the Soča River. For lunch you will visit nearby restaurants where you will have local dishes to choose. For dinner you will visit the two best restaurants in the area to finish the day with fine dining. Additionally you will receive one DVD/BD of our documentary film “Emerald Paradise – Fly-Fishing in the Soča Valley” as a gift.

Tour Details:
1st Day:
Arrival at Residence Soča in the village Soča. Have a simple dinner at a nearby restaurant.
2nd Day:
Enjoy a breakfast basked with local specialities before the guide picks you up to go fishing. You will spend your day in the pristine area of the National Park with the best chances to catch a marble trout. For lunch you will have local food to choose from to gain energy for fishing the rest of the day. In the evening you visit “Pristava Lepena” to have a nice dinner at an extraordinary location.
3rd Day:
The guide will pick you up in the morning to have another day fishing, maybe exploring some exclusive tributaries. For lunch you go to eat at a nearby restaurant. After exploring all the upper sections of the Soča River you will have a special dinner as highlight. With a short ride you visit Restavracija Mangrt, where famous upcoming chef, Tomaž Sovdat will serve you a fine 4-course menu of local specialties. (upgrade to 6 course menu for additional € 18.-/person)
4th Day:
Check out after breakfast.
